    The first night I sang "Skin and Bones" you could see the entire audience lift up off their seat when I got to the surprise ending. Then they all started laughing. Then they clapped. It was pretty classic to see this pattern return night after night during the run of the show.

    All right, I'm generally not a 'hip hop' kind of guy, but this is so amazingly charming and funny that I can't resist sharing it with you: It's a Hip Hop Halloween NightThis music single is classic in the way it reminds me of "The Monster Mash" yet is updated in style and different enough to stand on its own. I predict your kids will love it. The lyrics are funny, and the music is good. What more could you ask for? Also, it is 100% kid-friendly (how much hip hop can you say that for).     OK. This actually had a huge impact on me as a kid. I loved listening to this on Halloween night. My mum and dad had to limit the number of times that we were allowed to listen to it. I think I was about 5.

  • Bowmar Halloween Album for Very Young Children

    This one takes familiar folk and classical tunes and puts Halloween-themed words to them. Though I generally am not in favor of this practice (I prefer to have original music or music that is already associated with Halloween themes), the production quality is high on the instrumentals and the album is generally well-done. This is for very young children, which may be exactly what you want if you have very young children.
