Chocolate Mice Maze : a Halloween Dessert Recipe with Photos
By M Ryan Taylor on Oct 31, 2009 | In Treats and Appetizers
My sister-in-law (thank you Alison) made this fantastical tray of chocolate mice and won a $50 gift card for "scariest dessert":

She adjusted this recipe: http://allrecipes.com/Recipe/Chocolate-Mice/Detail.aspx
"1.5 c semisweet choc chips melted, stir in 2/3 c sour cream, then stir in 1.5 c crushed chocolate graham crackers. Refrigerate until firm enough to handle like playdough. Shape into mousie ovals, making indentatios for eyes and tail. Red gel icing for eyes, strips of chocolate twizzlers for tail. Roll in cocoa powder or more crushed choc graham crackers (or powdered sugar for "white" mice). Ears are sliced almonds. Can use mini choc chips for nose. Used crushed reg grahams for the floor with the chocolate jimmies for "poop". I kept them refrigerated."

Aren’t those awesome looking or what?
