Garlands really add spice to party decorations. This Pumpkin and Bat Garland is a very simple idea that is inexpensive and easily executed.
- Remove plastic handles from 12 or more jack-olantern treat cups.
- String jack-o-lanterns along a length of twine appropriate for the room you wish to decorate and secure each jackolantern in place with knots on either side of it.
- Tie loops at the end of the twine and hang on hooks or pushpins.
- Hang store-bought or home-made bats between the jack-olanterns (Instructions for making these simple, furry bats can be found by going to “Boa Bats”).
