Garlands really add spice to party decorations. This Pumpkin and Bat Garland is a very simple idea that is inexpensive and easily executed.

Directions:

1. Remove plastic handles from 12 or more jack-olantern treat cups.
2. String jack-o-lanterns along a length of twine appropriate for the room you wish to decorate and secure each jackolantern in place with knots on either side of it.
3. Tie loops at the end of the twine and hang on hooks or pushpins.
4. Hang store-bought or home-made bats between the jack-olanterns (Instructions for making these simple, furry bats can be found by going to “Boa Bats”).
