This Halloween Tree is hard to beat for looks or simplicity.

Find a large spooky looking branch (branch can be any size you wish)
Paint branch black.
Stabilize branch in a large can or bucket with a mixture of plaster of paris according to package directions.
Top the plaster of paris with moss and decorate with small Halloween decorations purchased at the store or hand-made by you and the kids!
