These ghosts look especially fun hanging in groups on a chandelier! 

1. Buy a package of cheesecloth, available in the canning dept. of your supermarket.  Also, buy strafoam balls in desired size at the craft store.
2. Cut the cheesecloth in the size required to cover your strafoam balls with 6-8 inches hanging down.
3. Wrap each ball in cheesecloth letting material float down and glue.
4. Glue pieces of black yarn for mouth and eyes.
5. Add hook or ribbon for hanging.
