Madame Rosemerta's Halloween Party Game

The actual spinner game rules are a work in progress, but the image of the game board I think stands on it’s own as a fun piece of Halloween art.

Briefly about the game:

The four fortune areas are represented by the cards, the symbol of palmistry, the fortune cookie and the crystal ball. Fortune games used to be a huge Halloween thing. I wonder what happened? You can guess at what some of the fortunes would involve in the game.
The forfeit areas include the clown (pranks), the skull & reaper (death), the reanimated frankenstein monster (reverses death) and the pumpkin (for the pumpkin seed speed toss).
The four favors spots are rewarded with candy or other Halloween treats (how much more "of the season" could you be!).
